The wait on the phone is painful, but Dione could not have been more helpful, despite being rushed off her feet.

(4 years ago) Great receptionists, nurses and doctors. Lovely people who do a great job Update: still very good in my experience. Asked about a non-urgent issue and they said I'll get a triage call. Spoke to a doctor that afternoon with advice. Update: useless at answering phones, I have been on hold for 20 minutes for a very simple query

Terrible service. After make you call day after day and they don't have appointments. It should be charged as a crime for attacking our health. Better change to new one. 😂😂😂😂

The booking system is terrible. I am a student, so have more flexibility than most people but I still found it impossible to book an appointment. It is not possible to book in advance. They say that you have to call on the day you want to be seen at 8am or visit at 8am. Then you have to be available for the entire day. As I was aware of this I waited for months until I knew that I would have a few free days (last week). I visited in person - they said all the appointments were already booked. Then I called the following day at 8am and they told me someone would call me back. They called me back the following day but I was not available at that time and they left no message or caller ID so I had no idea who called. Eventually I called back asking if I could please have an appointment and they did the same thing again. (Also, the phone line is often busy and simply hangs up.) It's impossible to see the gp. It has caused me so much stress as I am actually concerned about my health. I have changed practices to one where you can actually book an in person or online appointment two weeks in advance. I understand the NHS is at breaking point, and that the staff are severely underpaid, but this particular medical practice needs to get a much more efficient booking system. It is wasting so much time. Patients need to be seen and be able to book in advance. If you're working in the office and have to drop kids off at school in the morning it would be impossible to call/visit at 8am. Please develop a more efficient system to prevent this from happening to others.

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely shocking service. Having moved to this practice three months ago, I’ve never once been able to speak to a GP. They either bump you off to a pharmacist or 111. I’ll be moving back to my old surgery asap and lodging a complaint.

We have recently moved to Islington and had to change GP. So far, we had an excellent experience with this practice. Lovely receptionists who are always happy to help and the Doctors have been very proactive!
