Very disappointed, last time I used them they hemmed my trousers for £10. I asked them to hem a dress this morning, said I needed to by tomorrow if possible. He didn’t mention it would be extra. When I checked the receipt he charged me £28, to hem an unlined dress. Then tried to claim the price had gone up because of inflation.

Brought in an expensive wool coat for regular dry cleaning (no alterations). They added new creases/pleats that totally changed the style of the coat. The actual cleaning was ok, but found a few dog/ cat hairs.

I find it incredibly sexist that a dry cleaners would charge me more than double for a white womens shirt, than a white mens shirt. I’ve been using this dry cleaners for over a year however he’s trying to charge me £4.50 per shirt for a plain cotton womens shirt, but only £2 for my husbands. Same style, same material, smaller size. Not using a service where I am charged more simply for being female. Refused to charge me the same for the same service.

Friendly, fair and oh so reliable! Been going here for 7+ years for my dry cleaning and tailoring. I once got a dress shirt back with a cracked button, I raised it with him and he promptly replaced it, no haggling and no questions asked. That is rare in London and not something you'll get from a high-street cleaners. Have also never lost a single item in those 7 years. Can't say the same for another nearby cleaner. Frankly, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Picked up my McQueen scarf to find all the gold metallic skulls gone from the material, ended up with a plain green scarf, the owner is not taking responsibility for this very expensive item which was perfect when put in for cleaning. I have had other McQueen scarfs cleaned here & all was fine with them, but now that something has drastically gone wrong, he is refusing to take responsibility for the damage. so don't take your expensive items here!
