This is the worst and most racist gp surgery in the whole U.K. Every member of staff there has been racist and rude. They are unhelpful and always being rude and awkward towards the patients. They purposely cut the calls when you call for appointments because they like to keep the appointments for their family and friends. I really feel that this surgery should close down and all the staff should not have the right to work with the behaviour and attitude they have. It is disgusting. They make you feel so uncomfortable when you are explaining your situation to them and don’t care whether you are about to die. All they care about is gossiping with each other and eating while serving patients. I went in and they thought I don’t know how to speak Hindi and was talking about my medical problems to each other. It is beyond disrespectful and very disturbing to be in the surgery or around any of the staff.

I completely get that you're a busy service- however after waiting 20mins in a queue i do not expect the phone to be disconnected and no attempt made to call the customer back. And now i can't even get in the queue. Just awful...

I don't want to give any star because the service so poor. I tried many of times to book an appointment but all the time I'm disappointed 😞. I called at exactly 8am said surgery close at that moment, after 10 mins volume of patients in a queue try another time or day. By chance they picked up call and answer appointments are fully booked .I think the aim of all staff member of this surgery to disappoint the patient and behavior is so rude and disgusting that's why I don't recommend this surgery to anyone otherwise same situation as me and time wasting as well.

Absolutely awful surgery! Not only do they have ridiculous wait times to book appointments but never have them available. I’ve called 3 days and not been able to get an appointment booked. Not only did they refuse to pre book an appointment for in a weeks time but when going into the surgery they still don’t give appointments also the receptionist working there are terrible! Don’t know the meaning of customer service! Defiantly changing GP as I’ve had enough!
