Awful! I was travelling back late from a concert in Coventry last night and rang up this company to pre book a taxi at 12.40am from Birmingham new street station drop and go back home. Once I booked it, I received a text to confirm so that was all fine. The man on the phone did say when I booked that the drivers details would be sent to me, which never happened. Once I got to new street station I was waiting in the drop and go area at the booked time but no taxi. I waited some more and still no taxi so I rang the company to see where it was. No one picked up. I waited and still no taxi so I rang another couple of times. No one picked up. I was on my own in the middle of the night just waiting in Birmingham. The fact that 1. The taxi didn’t even arrive and 2. I couldn’t even speak to the company to ask where it was or what was going on was so bad! In the end, luckily, I just booked an Uber. I should have done this previously but I didn’t have much battery on my phone and was worried the Uber would cancel me like it’s done in the past. Next time I will be booking an Uber and never using st pauls ever! So bad that you book something to come at a specific time so you feel safe and content going home and they don’t even turn up or let you know what’s going on.
