I have been with this GP for 4 years. Ever since Covid, the service is unbelievable. The whole reception system is always always extremely disappointing. And then if I want to complain no owner is available. One receptionist says one thing than few moments later some other recipients is like, “no we can’t do that, I don’t know who you’ve spoken to” . We have completed to the practise manager “Yousuf” several times as well. I’m honestly exhausted with the awful service they provide now. I try my best to have patience. The list of issues are countless.(The reception team their manner is absolutely unacceptable, there was one receptionist once he was so nice now I don’t see him anymore , due to his best service majority of the patients wanted to see him, and now they don’t have him anymore). Sometimes it feels like cause we r the patient at the end of the day, we r helpless and need to keep trying to communicate with the receptionists and accept their service. But I really believe it’s not my right as a patient to get the disastrous service that I get EVERY SINGLE TIME. I honestly wish the service was better or at least there was a small effort trying to make it better. Unfortunately, every other GP around me is very far, otherwise I would have been more than happy to leave.

The admin needs to be trained some are misleading and all they do is apologise. We don't want your apologies we as patients want a bit of fair and sufficient, honest, reliable, service. The patient booking appointments system needs to be all looked into as it's making people waiting to be seen too long. I also want to add some of the reception staff are so rude it's unbelievable, they don't have no manners at all. for the people who supported me for my comments thankyou so much I hope God increases your hearts with more fairness and a good sound heart. I just hope they have learnt how to behave and learnt how to treat people with respect. I hope they have improved during these difficult times God ble Mentioned some bad points I know we are all going through difficult time but the center has improved

Have had great experiences with a range of the doctors, nurses and the physio here. Recently I've found them to be even more responsive and effective: getting appointments and referrals turned around quickly. The reception team , which previously was more hit and miss, is far more consistent now. In these challenging times Dr Joe Hall's energy, efficiency, focus on supporting junior doctors and drive to deliver excellent care is inspiring.
