Only down side was the lack of seating for my elderly mum. We travelled first class and there used to be a first class lounge but it was closed until further notice

Extremely crowded at the waiting area, there was no place to sit even to stand up at a corner and a poor Internet, its an experience to be avoided unless you are forced to, no one really cares for the passengers
