This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Sangram is an absolutely loving person, all staff from reception, room service, restaurants and bars are so welcoming and friendly. My wife and I stayed there on Wednesday on the night of our wedding and it was absolutely amazing experience. The rooms are so clean and comfortable, food is is delicious and and sights/ architecture are absolutely stunning. Thank you again to all the team here an amazing experience. We will be back regularly for the breakfast buffets. Beautiful way to start the day.

Probably the most iconic landmark I visited in London. Absolutely breathtaking. I remember seeing it in the Spice Girls music video and was speechless upon entering the main lobby. It is now a hotel / restaurant and all around terrific. Noteworthy details: The Spice Girls filmed their debut Music Video "Wannabe" on the staircase. There is an identical staircase on the second floor as well.

I'm writing this review as I'm sitting on the old, springy bed in the St. Pancras Renaissance, which they pawn off as "luxury". I'm absolutely horrified that it's £500 per night for this room. We were totally duped by Marriott on this one, as their website photos only show the beautiful, old, gothic part of the hotel, not the 1970s addition in the back where the rooms haven't been updated since it was built. The room is absolutely tiny, even by European standards. The rug is torn up and receding from the wall, there are two huge bugs flying around (which is miraculous because the windows don't open), barely any working plugs (only one by the bed so I guess my husband and I will fight for who gets to charge their phone) and dirty glasses and plates left laying around the hallway. A previous review said it gave them "Best Western vibes" and I cannot agree more, I only wish I read that before we booked. As Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite members, this is just absolutely unacceptable and speaks very poorly to the Marriott and Renaissance brands. Overall, the common areas and the outside of the hotel are stunning, but you completely forget about the beauty of the main building when you're regulated to the back, which honestly should be sold as a separate hotel. Very disappointing overall.
