We stayed at the beautiful South Lodge within St Osyth priory for three nights. The staff were extremely hospitable and really do go the extra mile. The place is finished to such high standards and the surroundings are stunning. Wake up to cows, sheep, deer and hare in the backyard. The highlight is the outdoor jacuzzi on the roof, with mesmerising sunsets.

Such a treat to visit the priory grounds and climb the tower. It's been about 30 years since my last visit. There is now a museum that is open to the public, hours are limited I believe, but its a lovely space that has activities as well and loads of history about the legend and local area. The white harts are beautiful.

We visited the show home yesterday and was shown around by Karen Harman and wow what an incredible experience. As my sons are first time buyers they had so many questions and Karen was able to answer every single one. Her knowledge about the whole project was invaluable to us and we were so impressed with the development. Covid procedures were very strict and made us feel extremely safe. We have never experienced such a professional sales executive and we are very grateful for her help.

I visited this unique development recently and was astounded by the knowledge o and professionalism of KAren, the Sales negotiator. She spent time with me explaining the bigger picture of the development and why things had been implemented, such as the narrow road to replicate a country Lane as it meanders through the development. A lot of thought has gone into these stunning homes. We walked as far as she could take me, to include along the private circular walk for residents. From this viewpoint KAren was able to point out each of the plots without referring to any site plan! She was able to provide an indication of where the larger Osyth house plots will be but as there is currently a mound of earth where the houses will be, it is hard to really know the positioning of each one. I read a previous review from a disgruntled visitor stating that the price had increased - I am not at all surprised by this! I am a business man and with increased costs in labour, materials, the fallout from Brexit, all businesses are having to revise their pricing. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a high specification home in a unique setting to give this gem a look.

Outstanding development but unfortunately the sales rep was absolutely useless, wether it was lack of knowledge of the site or more likely the lack of information from the developer. I was very interested in a house named St Osyth, advertised at £675,000 and was prepared to put a substantial deposit down, considering the house was off plan and would not be ready until summer 2022. I was told by the Rep that someone else was also interested in the same plot and the Rep said that she would contact the head office to put forward our offer of the full asking price. This was how we left things and as we were on our way home I received a phone call from the Rep saying that she had spoken to her boss and they are happy to proceed but the price had increased £35,000 to £710,000. I have been in business for the last 46 years and this is not the way to treat your customers and although I liked the house and the position of the plot very much, I am not going to be treated like an idiot and declined my offer to them.
