I own a caravan on this site and today was an absolute joke Do not buy on this site We went for food, the food wasn't as advertised, no cutlery or condiments Asked to speak to the restaurant manager but there was no one to speak to No one managing the arcade so after the kids spending money on getting tickets they couldn't actually get anything with them, went back into the restaurant to speak to someone and a lady behind the bar said I can't do 4 things at once Very rude Understaffed This place has really gone down hill

Stayed here for a week and it was absolutely lovely. Staff were friendly and attentive. Caravan was exactly as pictured. Swimming facilities were excellent. Evening entertainment for children could have been better, also needs more interaction with all kids. Would highly recommend, make sure you book to include weekend as most attractions only open Saturday and Sunday when not in peak times.

Also wall climbing, arts and crafts, segway and others.. Safety: Would like to have seen more security like guards or cameras but we had no issues

My overall experience made me have a mindset of thinking “just make the most of it” .. we came as a family of 2 adults and 3 children, the experience from the very start was awful. We awaited over 2 hours during check in time as our caravan wasn’t ready. They offered a voucher to spend in the food/bar for compensation. When finally arriving at the caravan we noticed a few issues, their was no parking outside, loads of mud pits to get in and out of the caravan, the water was not draining in the toilet, sink and shower which made mornings very difficult, it was reported on Tuesday, we leave on Friday and still haven’t heard anything back from maintenance, hardly any cooking equipment, we couldn’t use the oven, mud getting everywhere due to no door matts, the roller blinds had no leads to open or close them, the fireplace didn’t work. 60% of machines worked in the arcade, groups of young boys all over the camp with their hoods up and Hands down pants, staff are mostly young and inexperienced with no customer service, you get passed from one staff member to another when asking for help and finally the entertainment is very dull, boring and loud for no reason. Its not somewhere we will ever be visiting again, especially given the sights on the way in.
