This organisation are doing a highly positive and GREAT job, given the extreme and intense pressures faced by the growing and increasing volume of homeless cases in Reading. This is often visible in a VERY blatant form; on town streets and central area(s). Saint Mungo's are a widely respected, nationwide group, who care, very much about the welfare and well being of all service users- in their sheltered housing unit's, external / internal referrals and “after-care” provided; in rehabilitating and sustaining self-independence. I only hope more are able to recognise and acknowledge the brilliant work these fine folk do. And the consistency and solid commitment throughout- in spite of challenge and restrictions. Well done Helen, Wendy and the rest of the hard working, dedicated team. Keep up the great work and I wish you all well.
