My personal experience is this company has put a roof over so many people that other services will not even look at due to high risk ect ect. My manger one day said no matter who you are you deserve a room. I love this road to supporting people in many different ways! It's a challenging environment not to mention all the learning that comes. St mungos don't have a magic wand but a process from homeless working with out reach and many other amazing services within st Mungo's. If you have love and passion come and join us. Love st Mungo's for everything they stand for. Kam Judge

Phoned them for help, they wanted to see me sleeping rough somewhere before they would help, throughout the call a man in the background was horrifically abusing a dog in the background. Just a joke and they gatekeep all other support to any other help from homeless services in the city. Ad then deny that this is the case. Terrifying... If you find yourself homeless in Bournemouth, get on a train and just leave...seriously.

Poor HR. In fact none. Pointless applying for work there as they never bother to inform you that you have/haven't been successful. Complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional.
