    Appaling service, and no Problems brought to the staff are dealt with. the food is decreasing every week and now as many have said it is not enough. i try to help where possible and this is respected however i do feel that not feel i am listened to on many occassions and this hurts my feelings.

    Place is a joke staff are lazy and don't care about anything except there pay slip . Staff allowed to make sexual remarks and nothing done about it . I was left in a room for over two weeks that had no windows or fresh air coming into it food is a joke they wouldn't cater for my diet requirements the manager Justin Newman is a failure to society never mind working with homeless people always walks around the building using his vale which is illegal his side kick Winston Fowler is a scumbag lied straight to my face all in all the place is a joke and should be closed down
