Government run crack den with on site staff using tax payer money to openly aid degenerate criminal behavior they charge taxpayer's £358.00 a week per person for a shoe box sized room in the private sector you could house 3 people a week for that price even a backpackers hostel is £70-120 a week with full staff no excuse for this blatant abuse of tax payer's money and using the most vulnerable people in society for a paycheck they need real help not to be aided in there destructive behavior someone who cares not just shows up for a pay check it actually breaks my heart I pray for them all everyday and wish I could do more to fix this broken system that oppresses them.
