Absolute shambles recently. Severe tonsillitis but not seen in person and only offered prescriptions. Rang three days in a row about how I hadn't eaten and couldn't swallow. I am now laid in a bed in Salisbury District Hospital hooked up to drips with it not looking likely that I'll be going home before Sunday.

Dr Alison Brown is not fit to be a Doctor/ Twice in the past year she has refused to see my wife and opted for a telephone consultation. The first occasion she claimed on the phone that my wife was just under the weather and would improve in time. 24 hours later my wife was rushed into A&E for emergency surgery. The surgeon told my wife if she did not have the operation now! she would die that day. The surgeon has complain about Dr Brown refusing to see my wife. The second time Dr brown refused to see my wife despite me begging her to see my wife, she ignored me and did another telephone consultation and concluded that a quick blood test is all that's needed. A week later my wifes condition had not improved and I was now getting scared for my wife. So I took my wife to the surgery and told the receptionist that we were not moving until the Doctor sees my wife, or they call the police and we both get arrested at least that way my wife would get to see a Doctor in the police station. A Nurse came out and took one look at my wife and agreed I was doing the right thing and said she would see Dr Brown and tell her to see my wife now. Dr Brown did see my wife within 30 mins and within 5 minutes she had my wife admitted to hospital. At the hospital it was confirmed she was close to death and I did the right thing. Dr Brown is a danger to her patients and I will do everything to get her struck off and prosecuted. Please find attached a photo of the receptionists wearing masks.

I have multiple health issues as well as severe PTSD. I called the GP (Dr Brown) in tears saying I just couldn't go on, I wasn't eating, I wasn't sleeping, I was in constant pain. Her attitude was tough, she couldn't help. She wouldn't even sign me off work knowing my work is making my physical issues worse. I have never felt so suicidal. If it wasn't for my family and friends that day I wouldn't be here. That is what kind caring doctors they have there. In the 2 years I've been with them, I've never even met this GP.

Fantastic little doctor's surgery. Always found the staff very helpful and friendly. I use the online messaging system to re-order any medication which is then confirmed via email or a phone call by reception. Triage call backs are done for ease as well.
