BE BETTER
Duty manager absolutely shocking and his line manager is even worse - they are like tweedledum and tweedledee! No manners and both seriously unprofessional. If they worked for my company and spoke to clients the way they spoke to me their employment would be terminated immediately. They even attempted to debit my card @ 3am before we had even left the hotel. This is the worst place to stay and they do not deserve your money. Small village, small minded. They are clearly not used to people that are familiar with high standards such as the Hyatt, Bagaloni & Grosvenor to name a few examples. Would recommend you spend your money elsewhere or face disappointment and discrimination like the rest of us. They also sell vouchers for the spa that they do not let you redeem.

A somewhat remote place, but some incredible amenities. The staff are absolutely excellent, very considerate and helpful, really felt very looked after, especially as a wedding party reception. Reasonably straight forward to get to and some incredible views out over the golf course. Food & drinks: The menu for the wedding reception was first class and served very professionally. It was very tasty and very enjoyable. Service was excellent. I had the mushroom soup to start which was lovely and the vegetarian lasagne was gorgeous with a slice of garlic bread and salad leaves.
