DO NOT come to this surgery. The receptionists are so rude, they refuse to make you an appointment and they act like they're doctors diagnosing you. They don't offer even the most basic of services and make it impossible to talk to a doctor or nurse. I'm not sure how they're still open!! So dangerous that they refuse to treat people. They need to be shut down!!

My son has pneumonia, he is 4. We have been trying to get a scan or blood test for almost a year. We keep calling 111 and they send us to St.marys surgery just to be told by the doctors he is fine. We went private, got a blood test done and a scan, his lungs are full of white spots and he has an iron deficiency. His cough is getting worse,he doesn't eat much ,his energy is dropping. 111 seems to think he needs to be seen but St. Mary's surgery seem happy to let him get really sick or die. I'm really worried and the surgery do nothing. I don't know what to do.

The worst surgery ever to go to. Terrible waiting times. You can be on the phone waiting half an hour to get to reception and they wouldn't book you in for an appointment no matter how severe your problem is. E-Consult never works whenever you go on it just says unavailable. literally impossible and zero chance of seeing a doctor.

Useless. Impossible to see a doctor face to face. Ridiculous waiting times. Non of them seem to know what they’re talking about. Told one thing by one person and another by a different person. Had to wait 2 weeks to get an update from a doctor on blood test even though they had my results.

Honestly worst surgery, came in to pick up a test. I gave my name and was checked in and told to wait, waited 1 hour and 30 minutes just for them to turn around and say they didn’t check what I was here for and realised all they had to do was give me the test themselves at reception. Need to train their receptionists better, wasted so much time just waiting for no reason, ridiculous!

The only way to get appointment or see doctor is now through E-Consult ,even though you wait in the queue for 20 mins to get appointment - they said done consult or urgent GP hospital ( no wonder why NHS is broken because of things like this and putting too much pressure on other services ) . The e consult only open from 8 am to 9 am (( only one hour a day )) ?? To see a doctor is impossible , bad service and it needs changing .
