This place has been taken over by a private consortium which has lead to some regular carers moving on and some agency workers being employed who in my opinion don't have the same level of understanding with regular aged people who have dementia and other age related conditions, who need attentive care. If I had of been asked what was this nursing home like 12 months ago then it would have been much different.
