WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I brought my sister to the emergency for a back pain after a surgery at around 1 am. The nurses did the tests and scans and the doctor came after the results and only asked questions but didn’t tell us what’s the results and what’s going on. When we asked the nurses about the situation they stalled for hours telling us to wait for the doctor. We waited for 6 hours and none came. When we asked them to sign the release form to go out at our own risk they refused by saying that we must wait for the doctor. The head nurse was unprofessional and rude when we told her that my brother is our translator (we barely speak English) on the phone and refused to talk to him maybe to keep us in the dark or something. It became like a nightmare and wished that we didn’t go there. People go there healthy and come out sick from the unprofessional treatment and rude nurse. Better take painkillers and suffer at home than kept like a prisoner in this awful hospital. We spent 9+ hours just waiting.

Arrived expecting a very long wait as the waiting area was packed. Seem In under 2 hrs by nurse and referred to ENT clinic. For a walk in A&E the wait at central Middlesex was 4-6 hrs with 1 dr and 1 nurse .. ridiculous! I was pleased to know I made the right decision by coming here

Dr David McMaster who works in St Mary’s a&e has 0 people skills and doesn’t know how to communicate with patients. I was in a lot of pain due to gas and he looked in my face and stated I’ve got mental health issues because the pain shouldn’t be so bad. I have a strong feeling he was discriminating my level of pain as I am black. He was also very disrespectful to my partner.
