If I had to be picky, I would have liked a little more help with wifi connection set up - got the impression the guys were itching to leave at the end of their visit.     Really pleased with the service from Westcott. John replied promptly with a quote and was friendly and not pushy on the site visit. The guys who installed it were professional and completed the job to a high standard. They were there just over four hours and left everything neat and tidy. I'd happily recommend.

    An amazing service from the start to completion. Could not recommend them enough. We decided to have AC after the very hot summer we have just had, infact it did become unbearable for hubby and i. I'm sure it will get worse year by year. My workplace has Westcott AC afrer chatting to one of the managers who said " give them a call "so we made our mind up to at least get a quote. A Lovely guy John came to see us he was very knowladgeable and friendly ,we felt under no obligation. We received our quote and was really pleased with it, the work was scheduled in. John came out the day before the scheduled installation began. He came with Brandon one of the engineers making sure we were happy with everything and Brandon double checking were the three units were to be placed. The team of guys turned up they were incredibly officiant, nice , friendly and very professional. What a great bunch they were. Our three units AC was installed last Saturday i can honestly say they didn't stop .....they worked so hard. The chaps cleaned up and left the whole house garden spotless. I will also like mention the lovely receptionist taking my calls such a lovely friendley manner lovely lady. A great big thank you to you all. Very Happy customers Ron & Angela
