After the fourth night, the television no longer works, we will not have it replaced or repaired until our departure, namely 3 nights without TV. Fifth night nothing to report except that the television does not work For the last night we were only made 1 bed out of two, the single bed was not made. Added to all this are the cobwebs which visually hang from the ceiling and around the curtain heads are added bath and sink drains which seem to be blocked, if you want to take your shower you will have to wait 2-3 minutes until the water heats up, then as the water in the bathtub does not flow you climb into cold water which will already be at ankle height. Before my arrival the hotel writes to me to find out if I want a room facing the garden or the street, I confirm the garden and they give me the street side. After 5:00 p.m. no more staff at the hotel. If you ask to speak to the manager as luck would have it, he's only available after you've left (which I've read in comments from other guests on other sites). I'm not the person who displays all the negative points of a hotel on all the sites, but when we don't care about you, about your complaints, there are limits that should not be exceeded. Après la première nuit on nous vide pas les poubelles Après la deuxième nuit on a ‘oublié’ de faire notre chambre ( pas de lits de fait , pas de serviettes propres, poubelles toujours dans encore plaines ) Après la troisième nuit j’interroge le personnel sur les standards de nettoyage de l’hôtel ( soit disant seulement après le troisième jour on nettoie la salle de bain et on nettoie et aspire la chambre ) .. wouhh du jamais vu mais bon si c’est le standard du pays je doute mais bon . Après la quatrième nuit , la télévision ne fonctionne plus , on ne nous l’aura pas remplacé ou réparé jusqu’à notre départ, à savoir 3 nuits sans télé . Cinquième nuit rien à signaler si ce n’est que la télévision ne fonctionne pas Pour la dernière nuit on nous a fait que 1 lit sur deux, le lit 1 personne n’a pas été fait . A tout cela se rajoute les toiles d’araignée qui pendent bien visuellement au plafond et autour des têtes de rideaux se rajoute des écoulements de baignoire et lavabo qui semblent être bien bouchés, si vous voulez prendre votre douche il faudra attendre 2-3 minutes que l’eau chauffe , puis comme l’eau de la baignoire ne s’écoule pas vous grimpez dans de l’eau froide qui sera déjà à hauteur des chevilles. Avant mon arrivé l’hôtel m’écris pour savoir si je veux une chambre côté jardin ou rue , je confirme jardin et on me donne le côté rue . Après 17:00 plus de personnel à l'hôtel. Si vous demandez à parler au manager comme par hazard celui-ci est que disponible après votre départ (ce que j'ai pu lire dans des commentaires d'autres clients sur d'autres sites). Je suis pas la personne qui affiche tous les points négatifs d'un hôtel sur tous les sites, mais quand on se fou de vous, de vos réclamations , il y a des limites à ne pas dépasser. J'espère que mon commentaire sera utile aux futurs clients.

  A lovely place to stay and good location not far from the centre by walk 15 min and the bus stop close so where you can use. A super clean room and well equipped plus the coffee section in the room and free breakfast. A super helpful and friendly reception for sure this place will be my friend option to stay in Oxford
