AWFUL AWFUL. Practice and group. Should not be allowed to have the NHS contract. Incompetent, neglectful, uncaring and unprofessional to say the least. The receptionist staff are rude , no care, no customer service. Also no discretion either. Happy to have a chinwag with themselves so all can hear and especially discussing other peoples business and info. We have a major complaint in process with this surgery and group. But we all know nothing will be seen as wrongZ and doctors wont care and the practice owners wont care either aslong as they get paid. Why would they care about negligence especially towards children’s health.

Have not been able to see a GP face to face since before covid!! Econsult is closed on the weekend and tiresome to complete. Recently I had to complete three different econsult forms for my child. One was responded to, but a wrong phone number used.. I followed up and filled out a second one. The second one resulted in us receiving a phone call and receiving some medication (it took 4 further working days before the prescription was finally available for collection from the pharmacy). After the course of the medication the problem persisted. Another econsult was completed.. this time noone bothered getting in contact at all!! If that is how the surgery treats a child I dread to get poorly myself. It is such a shame really!! The surgery used to be our go to choice 14 years ago when we moved to this area.

I have received really good care from this surgery, despite the troubles they have faced over the last couple of years. The receptionists are really pleasant, going out of their way to help, the doctors respond to e consults quickly in my experience. I would like to thank them all for their service in difficult times when they are so busy. I changed to them from another area and this surgery is by far the better. I just phoned for something, yes l had to queue but that's the norm these days, but the receptionist was so helpful it prompted me to write this review.

I honestly want to pull my hair out trying to get anywhere with this surgery. I have now had to complete 3 e-consults for the same thing. It seems to be their default rather than having to actually interact with anyone. I totally understand the pressure on gp's but this is a worrying service considering its people's health.

Dr P Adanikin from Living Well Partnership unsympathetic sounded she didn't care, just wanted to get you on lots of happy pills. I am sure the people she has spoken to have probably ended even worst and more sucidal, I had to pick up the pieces after she made this person feel even more vulnerable. I am no doctor or psychologist of any type but for FFS if I managed to talk this person around to feel better why can't you!!!

E consult is shut on the weekend so I had to wait until Monday morning. I selected to be contacted via email, but they tried to call Tuesday instead. Due to work, I was unable to answer either of 2 calls they made Tuesday morning (in close succession). I called back within 2 hours of the initial call but by then it’s too late, the e consult gets closed and you have to start all over from scratch. Doesn’t matter if you’re in pain, it’s ‘policy’. You only have a short window to call back before it’s shut down.

Done an e-consult hoping to get an appointment due to suffering with headache on a daily basis for the last 2 weeks. Had a text saying to either do a covid test or see an optician. Absolutely appalling surgery. Never should have been honest to my last surgery and said that I moved house. Lets hope for their sake this isn't something serious a?? What ever happened to discussing symptoms face to face with a doctor?
