Nothing wrong with the friendliness of the staff but if requesting repeat prescriptions beware. Items are missed off or nothing is issued. One example, I was trying to get a replacement for my COPD rescue pack, Boots requested it twice, I requested it twice, nothing was issued. It was only when I got a strop on that I was informed that I needed a medicine review before it was issued, they had not told me this.

Absolutely atrocious, surgery opens at 8am, call just after 8 and getting "the surgery is closed". Continue calling after this and keep getting line busy.

Changed to this doctors at the beginning of the year after a horrendous experience at my previous surgery. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful, doctors and nurses are lovely too. It might sometimes take a while to get through on the phone but that’s how it is across all the doctors due to recent events. Have always been asked if I want a face to face appointment or a telephone appointment. Whenever I have called on the day for an appt, I’ve always got one and easy to book in advance too for non urgent appts. Thank you for restoring my faith in doctors and for just being ‘nice’
