Visited Brad on recommendation for the 3rd time today. Had knee trauma probably mild/moderate arthritis. Couldn’t walk on left leg for several weeks. With his knowledge, professionalism and exercises I have made good progress. Learning to walk properly to get rid of bad habits.Cannot speak highly enough of his expertise.

Personally didn't liked it ...was there for initial consultation.. expensive for 1/2hr of pep talk ...the consultation was waste of time was not prepared to listen my psychological side of the story Vs wish of fitness and came out with out getting what I want from that meeting. Paid £50 for that session... didn't feel like worth the money.
