    St Joseph's Hospital, Newport is simply the cleanest, most welcoming & pleasantest Hospital I have ever visited. Yesterdays procedure was carried out with the utmost care, politeness & compassion & I shall be returning here for any future treatment. It may have been a round trip of nearly 9 hours but so well worth it. Top marks to everyone concerned!!!

    Went into this hospital on the 18th march 2023,for cataract surgery.. from the the moment you step through the door you are greeted by very professional staff, who are friendly, polite and helpful, you are made to feel comfortable and very relaxed, they go through the information regarding the surgery your having done, so you know what to expect,... the hospital is spotlessly clean throughout, highly recommended this hospital

    I only went for a CT scan but was treated with such politeness it was extraordinary. Also I noticed that instead of warning visitors about being violent they had polite notices inviting you to ask staff if you have any queries! The food in their cafe was delicious too.

I was a bit anxious about the surgery however once I got to the hospital the anxiety melted away I received the best care by this wonderful team ...all my questions answered all my worries acknowledged thank you St Josephs day surgery unit and a massive thank you to Dr Richard Karoo the nicest kindest surgeon with the most impeccable bedside manner.
