Parked and paid using RingGo app. Paid (within a minute of arrival) for an hour and stayed for 45minutes. 12 days later received a penalty £50 saying I didn’t pay. Now I’m trying to appeal it but their website doesn’t work so have to contact them by email which they take forever to respond to. Even if the appeal goes through (fingers crossed) it’s such a hassle. Avoid!!!

Shame you even have to give 1 star. Paid in cash and left in good time. No ticket was generated. 10 days later I was sent a fine for 'no valid payment'. Do they fleece every cash payer?? What proof can I give to defend myself. DON'T USE BRITANNIA! They're not honest.

Be very careful!!! I tried to pay using the website on the pay machine; I had to input all my contact details to create an account plus all payment details and it was about to charge me £48.99 to park! I only noticed when I was asked by my banking app to approve the payment. Be very careful if you try and pay on line to park here! Seems like a scam website!

Didn’t look at other reviews, which was a mistake. Usually pay on phone but couldn’t connect so bought a ticket. Just got back from holiday and got £100 ticket but have long since thrown ticket away.
