Tried to make an appointment today I said I can go anytime. Was told I can only book same day at 8.00 the same morning. Choice is to wait in a queue out of the car park or try and phone.(not good if you are ill) What's happened to being able to book in advance or on line. I find this is a poor service thought they had got it sorted at one time.

I have actually found the reception staff very patient and helpful. The practice is trying to train new doctors.(,which are desperately needed)as well as seeing patients face to face..I think they are all doing their best to get people seen more quickly .Remember there are a lot more people in the area now and everyone needs a doctor.

I can only agree with a previous reviewer who says: "Absolute joke! Call at 8am to get an appointment to be put in a queue and then told all appointments are gone for the day. I ask to book next available, only to be told you can’t prebook and appointment, is this some kind of sick joke. Since when can you not book an appointment to see your GP" What is the NHS coming too!

Litterally the worst doctors ive ever had. Never any appointments, all taken within 1 minute and when you do actually get an appt they expect you to leave your work place even if its 50 miles away and get there in 15 mins. Total joke

Awful. I work at 7 till 3:30. I call at 8. I go from 1 to 30 in queue. It can take 40 mins to a hour on hold which I can't do while at work. Then it's 50/50 if they have any appointments.

I have just been advised by the person responsible for the phones , not to use the phone to make an appointment to come up and stand in the queue to await for an appointment

Ring up and yes 19 in the queue before you, joke, have not heard of a doctor seeing people here for 2 years ( and if you get in it's a medical practitioner or a paramedic) this place is not NHS friendly if you want to spunk money for private care you will be cured tomorrow, be aware they are not here to help just to get by.
