Without question this is the worst doctors surgery, Receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful, as is the practice manager. My father who has dementia has had appalling care and they are not the slightest bit interested or even bothered. I have now resorted to reporting them to the GMC. They are totally oblivious to their duty of care.

Appalling customer service from receptionist. Tried getting an appointment, when online, asked if possible fir a morning an appointment. Completed two different forms online as need to be seen for my son and I. Get given an afternoon appointment at the surgery and a 6pm appointment for my son not even at the sane surgery. Called to see if we can be linked together even on a different date as I have three children and need to catch the bus with all three. Get told no appointments and not possible to book ahead, even though I was offered a Saturday appointment previously for my son. So unhelpful and rude when I’ve been in there. An elderly gentleman struggling to walk goes in to check in, receptionist just says to go to the machine which he doesn’t know how to use and I ended up helping him. She didn’t move from her chair.

I have no hesitations in recommending this health centre. I’ve been using them since I was a child and more recently when I’ve been back here looking after mum. The staff are nothing but helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and are just trying to do their best. Keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ironically good during Covid for appointments but utterly terrible since then. Cannot book a simple appointment for our 17 month old son and spoken to with disdain and condescension by the poorly trained staff. No empathy by the staff and their systems are horrendously flawed. How is it that it's this difficult to get an appointment system right with friendly staff? The answer; Incompetence in the senior management. We are now forced to pay excessive fees to go to a private GP. Good to see our tax money going to good use...

Receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. Carry on drinking coffee and chatting whilst you queue. Shame reception staff are so bad as Dr Andersen, Dr Gandham, Dr Okeke and Dr Sekhon are brilliant.

Joined in February as I live super close. But found this GP to be a complete nightmare, when you call or go to desk you get told to go online but the booking system is not user friendly. I ask for certain dates & they are ignored and you cannot amend easily. I call in the morning, but then again told to go online as requested and then I am told there are no future appointments? What is the point? Also unhappy with having to use the local pharmacy which is terrible... instead of online. I am moving surgeries, I would not recommend.

The doctors here have always been really lovely and helpful, they take their time if needed and explain anything necessary until you feel comfortable. The online booking system is okay, could be improved. The receptionists are a nightmare. No hello when you walk in, no goodbye when you leave.. when you ask them a question it's like you've asked them to give you their kidney, everything is a chore and everyone is made to feel like a child being told off by the headmistress. I hope they can realise that being happy and helpful at work will make their lives easier.
