Ordered a small item that was £16 and paid £3.50 for delivery which had taken 7 days to arrive is beyond me, emailed the company asking what was going on and got a very blunt reply saying dispatch is 3-4 days and being a bank holiday they dragged it out all the way to the Tuesday week after and which i ordered the Wednesday week before at 0800, then emailed again and received no reply this time. Wont be ordering anything from here again and do NOT order anything if your in a rush for it.

For some years now, i have been a customer, both privately and as a professional bike mechanic. i have always been impressed with there telephone sales service lin. I have never had to return or deal with customer services before. Unfortunately, I recieved a bottle of latex only half full , with the seal missing. Naomi dealt with this very quickly and in a friendly way. It was not clear as to how this had happened but my questions were answered. Hats off to SJS🎩🎩
