awful customer service. Been a patient here nearly 20 years. they cannot even call me to rebook a blood test they themselves cancelled! Told me to call the general number and I am currently in a queue. Shocking service from this practice, seriously needs a massive review and overhaul to meet its patients needs.

I had the best experience ever here. Normally, when I give blood, I am traumatised. People cannot my find veins, they have to try for a long time and it hurt me. But this person at St John's Wood MP found it immediately and taught me the trick of how to do it. I am a scientist myself and it was fun to learn the mechanism behind this! It seems that you can’t see a doctor in the UK these days…I was told to contact my GP via system called Patchs which I did. The email confirmation stated I would be contacted within 24h which didn’t happen. I called the next day and was told they don’t have my request in the system which is a lie because I got a follow up to upload a picture of my rash. The receptionists were snappy and rude and made me feel that they wanted to finish the call asap. I understand they are overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid but that doesn’t mean they should make patients feel totally helpless. I hope that this message will be read and acknowledged
