Don’t bother going for a blood test on a Friday every child will be seen before you and each child takes about 20 mins Nurses were incredibly rude to patients waiting for blood tests rolling their eyes and making comments about people waiting because someone dared to mention they had called out incorrect ticket numbers- very unprofessional They also demanded several times that people sat in waiting area wear a mask despite there being no official guidelines to do so - shouting across the room in a school teacher voice that people should wear Masks despite exemptions. When they tested patients they were taking at least 20 mins per person- why ?? If you do have to come here get here at 0830 for tour blood tests or expect to wait at least two hours I am thinking of changing my GP surgery to one that deals with St Thomas hospital rather than St George’s so I can go to St Thomas phlebotomy which are incredibly Also the blood test I had done toddy was incredibly painful which is a first

My son has been for blood tests 3 times in the last 6 weeks - 2/3 times his blood results have been lost. Very very poor service. He needs bi weekly monitoring by the Nephrology unit for kidney disease - twice they’ve been missing his bloods (somehow urine results make it)

Recently had excellent, very fast service at xrays department. Really very impressive, if only the whole NHS was as responsive to customers' needs as St John's.

My daughter had a physio appointment. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly, gave lots of advice along with exercises for her to do at home while waiting for her next appointment.
