    Went there yesterday with my brother who has a few medical condition's one is he needs to use a toilet asap which he has a NHS Card saying he needs to use your toilet asked a old battle axe with short blonde hair around 50 a very rude woman who said no you cant even after showing his NHS Card so he had to cross a busy rd and go in a bush a horrible lady.

    Zero returns policy - be aware. I bought a plant I thought was a fern as it was amongst the ferns. Turns out it was a English yew which is highly toxic to all life, animals and humans alike! It cost £25 and there was nothing on it apart from the price sticker and a small name - tried to return it the next day but was told that they were unable to due to it 'may have come into contact with other plants and would therefore infect their stock'. Whilst I do understand, buyers beware and do your research thoroughly before buying and taking any costly plants away from an otherwise great place.

    Today at 4.30 pm approached by staff member who appeared to be cleaning asked us what we were doing we close soon we stated we thought it’s 5 pm she stated yes it is but it takes us half hour to get everyone out what are we sheep. This woman was rude and unprofessional she proceeded to watch us in store as she huffed loudly shook head when we needed to get another trolley we were out and done shopping by 4.50pm we won’t be back vile conduct from staff.
