The askmygp system is not fit for purpose. I was mid typing a request and it cut me off within 2 minutes. I called and the queue was above 30. It is really worrying that a surgery is allowed to let this happen. People are leaving their mental health issues and other problems untreated because it is impossible to make an appointment or get through on the phone lines because of the appointment system being switched off. It’s not the receptionists fault as they are only doing what they are advised to do.

Very poor appointment system. Call at 8am ONLY for an appointment on the day, or between 8am and 9am ONLY for a routine appointment (i.e. 3 days later!). Phone line is inevitably engaged the whole time, meaning people don’t get appointments. Can’t understand why the surgery policy wouldn’t allow a routine appointment to be booked at anytime.

This practice used to be a good practice when we joined in 2006 But now, really sorry to say the services are really poor Can't get any appointment Even if we start calling 8 am They don't pre book appointment Being a GP my self I can't understand why this is not possible Really sorry but after today's experience I have to write this review Thanks

Excellent doctors and nurses, they have had always gone above and beyond in taking care of family. Reception staffs are so helpful and kind. I am surprised that CQC has rated "good " it should be outstanding!!

You must be so lucky if you can use their ask my GP service!!! Their Telephone service absolutely nightmare!! When you call for an appointment you must lesson to automated misinformation for few minutes and the staying in the queue for hours and hours. 5 out of 10 service!!!!!!!!!
