I recently attended a first aid course at the Stevenage Center the training was excellent and the Trainer/Assessor Kirsty Beavis has a wealth of knowledge of the subject and her delivery is very confident and with well balanced humour which made the course easy to understand. A very minor lateness issue was treated with a courteous and professional attitude and it did not detract from the initial course briefing. Kirsty was polite and cheerful even though it was a Very hot day. Tea and coffee were provided and parking spaces were plentiful. All in all a very pleasant experience. Would thoroughly recommend this Training Center and Kirsty Beavis is a credit to the service... Well done 👍

Karren and Joel were very professional, very good training, they give you all the details you need to know to become a good first aider, it was the best course I've done in my life (having fun, being serious, helping, good practice, full of details, professional trainers) I wish to give you more stars but as I can see here 5 is max... anyway you both deserve more than that. Thank you and I will see you soon. Best regards, Vlad.
