The Opthamology, Urology Specialists were the specialists made huge difference to treatment & attitude. The doctors who treated me, were kind understanding finally put year's of being misdiagnosed behind me. Genuinely need more Doctor's in all department's like these two!

My father has had just been discharged from ward J49. I think the care given was adequate for my dads needs but the level of communication with family was diabolical. There was no discussion around treatment plans or goals and we had to fight to get information with several unrealised promises that the dr would call or speak to me regarding his care. If this aspect of patient care could be improved upon it would make a huge difference.

My elderly mother had to be taken to A & E by ambulance due to developing sepsis. Everyone, from the ambulance crew to all the staff at A & E were amazing. My mother was seen quickly, all the staff, doctors, nurses, and porters, were so helpful and friendly and put us at ease. This was particularly laudable as it was during the junior doctors' strike , and there was significant pressure on the service, but we cannot praise them highly enough.
