The Stylish Design and Build Quality are good/very good, Excellent After sale Services but my observations are 2: 01- Think twice about the Ground Rent it s quiet expensive and it s almost double every 10-15 years 02- Think 1000 times if the Property management of the estate is Rendall and Rittner, I would not buy or recommend anyone to buy a place from Berkley groups- st James, st Williams, etc if Rendall and Rittner are Present. a plague into Berkeley Home developments. Super High service charge and Expensive levy for non services at all.
