My wife & i have just spent 3 nights at this fantastic place, we stayed in the Wykeham pod (complete with hot tub), the pod was a perfect size for the two of us, but could also accommodate a couple of children too. The site itself is perfectly located for exploring the East Coast, it's also immaculately looked after. There is a cafe on site that makes lovely breakfasts, a laundry, dog washing facilities etc. The staff were all so friendly & helpful, we'll definitely be back soon ❤️.

I have rated customer service with one star. My reasons for this is you have more chance of winning the lottery then getting hold of an office staff member whether in person or on the telephone. I have been trying to solve a problem with my booking now for a few months. It is so difficult to talk to someone about this issue. The booking invoice is very hard to understand as it makes no sense. I would like to say one more thing. Paying extra for electricity which was originally included in the booking price for the pitch and paying for pets may become the norm on campsites, but what happens to your jobs when people sell their caravans and start going aboard for holidays. Walkability: Great walks around the camp site.

Lovely site, well set out. Only gripe is the door on camping pod sticks badly, so there's no leaving quietly in the night to pop to the loo. It has to be slammed to close. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More
