This trust now runs treatment room services in St Helens from 2019. If I could give 0 stars for this service I would. You ring the booking office to be greeted by outdated information regarding covid 19, asking patients to wear a mask and social distance, this trust hasn't advised masks since July 2022 following government guidance, only in certain areas. When the phone eventually rings you are told they are extremely busy and to ring back. You can ring 20 times and still get no answer. This then results in every patient attending local walk in centres and waiting for hours to be seen, somebody needs to sort out this service as it is not fit for purpose, it is not serving the people of St Helens as it should. Absolutely diabolical service, we all understand the NHS is struggling but this service is a joke.

Appointment with Doctor at 10.50, who sent across my prescription. Went back at 12.45 for a blood test, then went to pharmacy to collect prescription and was told it would be 30 minutes. 2hours 30 minutes for a prescription, told them to keep it. They should be ashamed of themselves
