Will never donate ever again. Total messers! Arrangements were made to collect a perfectly good sofa. They asked for pictures and fire labels etc which were given. On the day they refused to take it. Agreed a second time, then refused once again. Another charity took it gladly in the end. AVIOD! Especially if you have made plans for the day as they mess people around terribly

I wanted to let people know of the extraordinary work done by the House Clearance Team, led by Ash. The team conducted a thorough clearance and clean up job of a house that formed part of an estate for which I was the sole executor. The connected family could not have done all that the team did in a relatively short time. Ash provided excellent advice and communication with him was effortless. I can't recommend the service highly enough. A big thank you from me and the family.

If it was possible, I’d give a 10 star+ rating!!! The hospice and it’s staff are an absolutely amazing team of people, who give their absolute all when caring for loved ones. My time involved with St Helena at Highwoods was a time none of us ever wants to go through with loved ones and watching them slowly slip away with end of life care, is something I’d wish on no one. But with this amazing team of people who work here , covering every aspect required of care and compassion, we were supported and cared for every step of the way. I can’t thank them all enough, and they will all be very fondly held in my heart, because of how they looked after my sister, and made her passing, as best and as comfortable as anyone could ever wished for their special loved one. You will walk in meeting strangers, and walk away with memories of people and relationships forged in a space of time , that you know you’ll never forget. ❤️

What a terrible place to spend your last day's, a close friend of mine currently in there , can't make decisions due to brain tumour, when I visited he had his feet out through bottom bars , I had to call staff in to move him , legs painful where he'd been left so long, said yes to lunch and then no , they took that as a no so no lunch given , haven't got the staff apparently to help feed him , he also has bed sores on feet and arms , catheta bag left so long it was fit to burst and causing stomach pain , mouth so dry where no fluids given , so hungry he ate 3 slices of cake and sweets whilst I was there , yet 4 staff sitting at desks in the foyer as I came in and still there when I left , the cleaners are more help , it's not a hospice it's belson , I wouldn't subject my dog to it , no personal care given for four days , emergency mat on floor in case of a fall switched off , I could go on and on , disgusting .
