Sadly one of the dirtiest hotels I have been to. We have been to the hotel 5 years ago and last week we went again. Sadly to experience that this hotel is now dirty and overpriced. We had a superdirty room. Going from dirty bathroom to a rug that was full of dirty spots (see pictures attached). Last time we had a great breakfast this time it was a let down. Zero taste and choise. The only good thing at this stay was the location next to oxford street. In december we wanted to return. But it will (sadly) definitely not be at this hotel...

Walkability: Very close to the Tottenham Court Road tube station with easy access to anywhere in the city including the new purple train direct to and from Heathrow. Food & drinks: Great breakfast spread including all the ingredients for a traditional Full English breakfast.

This hotel room was small. I mean you can literally walk around the bed, and that is it. There is a built-in desk with a chair, and if anyone is sitting in the chair, you can not walk any farther. The shower was equally small. However, it had great water pressure and hot water. However, the towels are skimpy. The bed is hard. It's really hard. The pillows are also hard. The elevators are small and slow. Excruciatingly slow. Some were out of operation, too. The staff was great. The conceargiue were very helpful and friendly. There are numerous theaters and restaurants located nearby . Also, underground stations within walking distance. It's located in a very busy, noisy area, so if you're looking for quiet, this isn't the place for you.
