Staff are rude and do not care about their clients as much as they say they do. If you have a family member going here please be worried!

I called to just ask some questions about the organisation but felt like i was completely rejected. Fair enough, they had to why they couldn’t help me but I felt like I was just ignored, the called ended abruptly I couldn’t even finish what I needed to say. It made me felt like I was the bad persons for calling and asking.
