    I had an appointment today, Dr. was unwelcoming, inconsiderate, talking with an attitude, providing no or limited advice, very difficult to deal with or discuss concerns. I hardly go to the GP for a f2f appointment, and I try my best to avoid this GP, unfortunately it was a disappointing experience today.

    Update Jan2023: one week of trying to speak with a GP for a serious need. Nothing. Reception is awful - maybe they have favourite patients they treat well and aren't rude to, the same ones that leave good reviews here. ABYSMAL!!!! Update:Have been removed from the Patches systems as my account suggests I am a no longer a patient with this surgery. Perhaps as a penalty for the below review. Bravo guys. Patches doesn't allow you to book an appointment if your symptom isn't on the preselected list. I had bronchitis and it was not listed. Abysmal service. As it stands, I cannot book a much needed appointment. The woman on the phone doesn't listen to anything being said, refuses to help book a consultation and insists the patient goes online. Pathetic impersonal treatments of patients. What is the point of even answering the phone?? Time to change surgeries.

Although I have been seen by various doctored over the years the consistent an and extend support I have received has been outstanding. Yes In ideal world it would be nice to phone up and arrange an appointment. But sadly those days now live in a different sector! Kind Regards Jason
