Super polite and helpful staff. I waited 60 minutes and got very good care. From security, receptionist to the practitioner, everyone was very nice. The practitioner explained everything and dealt with my problem very efficiently. They made me feel very safe all the way.

I have just spent 12 hours at St George's then learning that I had a chest infection. I arrived around 2:15am after the 111 agent advised me to go A&E after detailing my symptoms. The service was not bad, but I did spent a total of 9 hours in A&E, that included a blood test, a scan and an X Ray. After being diagnosed with the infection, I then had to wait for up to 2 hours to collect my medication. I am now waiting outside for a cab to take me home and....it is 2:34pm as I write this review. Again, not bad, but expect to wait a looooonnnng time - a day of your life 😊 still grateful though - could have been much worse.

Just overheard two women got upset with emergency department team, raising their voices sarcastically saying “you deserve to be here”. i’m regretting not standing up and telling them off. Not a single soul who works in under resourced, underpaid nhs system ‘deserve’ to listen to these unkind words. I understand they were upset, but this is their one off reality, while nhs survives to exist, so they could help. These unkind words should be directed to your politicians and NOT nhs folks. To all teams who works at St Georges hospital: we support you and depend on you, thank you for your service!

Parking is very difficult as they have closed one of the car parks for building work Taken away most of the disabled bays for the ambulances So anyone who is disabled and uses a wheelchair you will need someone with you No thought for disabled people and how they are going to get themselves into the hospital With some thought They could put disabled bays on the right side of the car park as you leave while all the work is going on so that disabled people can get themselves into the hospital Thank god for my husband as the only space left could not have been any further away from the hospital
