Hi We had a great afternoon. We were a large group of 20 - 2 tables of 10. The service was very good and the food was excellent considering your staff shortage - everyone did very well. Thanks Deborah Bonney

Good food, good beer, good wine. Tucked away in the peaceful village of Wargrave; you might feel time has stopped while you relax on their beautiful terrace overlooking the Thames. Don't tell anyone.

Worst £12 I Ever Spent! Decided to venture over to Wargrave on a recent sunny Friday afternoon as the views of the river are lovely from this pub. The staff were helpful and the service good but the food was abysmal. After looking at the menu I can only presume that this pub is affiliated with The Warren, Wokingham as the menu is exactly the same. I have had many good experiences at The Warren, with the staff, the service & the food; nevertheless I was extremely disappointed here. I thought how could you go wrong with a pizza?! Well, I soon found out. It was bland, the sauce nonexistent with only a smattering of cheese. Save your money and buy a pizza from M&S or Waitrose, you'd do a fair bit better with them!
