We are a couple who have lived in Central London for many years. We were very tired of busy, noisy, fast pace city life and decided to look for a house somewhere outside London. When we just arrived at Hartland village, we were so amazed by this breath taking, beautiful countryside village with traditional style housing community. After viewing many projects, we realised most of the projects have similar styles apart from this one. We are attracted by the amazing natural environment that Hartland has, full of trees, parks with walking distance, just amazing. We decided to purchase our future home here. Great sales / service team, very professional and everything went smoothly. You get this Disneyland feeling when you entered the village, and it’s unforgettable. Just 10 mins away from the closest train station and 35 mins train directly to London Waterloo station. It’s great for us as we still want to be close to London, but we want to treat it as a weekly trip or something like that. Hartland is spacious, exclusive and peaceful. The future phases will have shops, schools, gym, commercials etc. for the space you can get in central London, this is beyond a good deal.

Stay Away!!!! I moved into my new home 2 years ago. The pre sale service was pretty decent except for the bunch of lies that the team feed you. Fast forward two years later I have bought a 5 bedroom house in Hartland village. Four rooms in the house have little to no insulation which was conveniently missed during the build phase hoping their customers would be stupid enough to miss this defect. Other issues include sound proofing, drainage or lack there of, probably 8 out of 10 doors that don’t open or close properly, leaking showers and the list goes on. Customer service do try to resolve the issues once escalated but are understaffed. The build quality is so very poor. This is my third new build and the worst one purchased thus far. For those considering buying in this development please think twice. I am not the only person having major issues either.
