-the worst will not answer phone do not call when having phone consult and then deny that it was set when you go in no help will not help try to send you some where else just a joke if l could give a negative star l would . Leaving now find another that has some actual people to help you. whent in after they did not call as they said they would sat in empty waiting room waited 45min to be told they wont help and to go some where else even though there was no one waiting there are only so many lack of helps you can stand . lots more reveiws like mine on here not just sour grapes . Used to be best one in Winchester now by far the worst . still got sinus infection , maybe if l was dying they would help but l dont think so

Hard to actually make an appointment as within a few hours of the e-consult being open, it gets closed again. I had a phone call appointment a few weeks ago and the Dr didn't actually call until a good while after the 2-hour slot given - meaning I was no longer available to take the call. I then wasn't able to get another appointment (yet again another phone call appointment) until two weeks afterwards - and I am currently waiting for the call which is 30 minutes late. Only upside is that usually Drs are helpful once you can actually get through to them.
