Poor customer service, after being a long term customer I won't be ordering again. Be aware even if you are within the free delivery zone on the website map they have started to add a delivery charge at the door, nothing mentioned during the ordering process. You will then be called a liar if you point this out, even if you show the website map.

Chilli chips are just frozen chips cooked badly and then thrown into a standard chilli salad, same salad that comes with any dry fried dish (had the king prawn (sic)). So the flavour doesn’t fuse it’s just chips and salad. Just a disappointment really. Not going to knock the service on the phone or delivery time, food just wasn’t great.

I have ordered from St Chi three times now. Every time the delivery has taken over 2 hours despite when placing my order it saying delivery would be 45 mins. Trying to ring for an update is pointless as nobody answers the phone. Such a shame as the food is absolutely delicious.

Delivery took 2.5 hours as the delivery drivers car had broken down. When the food did arrive, both pots of sauce has leaked all over the bag which made quite a mess! Having said that, the food was absolutely delicious and the menu is really varied and original. Despite the delivery issues, I would definitely order again! Vegetarian options: Really varied. So nice to see something different from the usual tofu.
