The school has actually been very inviting and accommodating to my niece but the receptionist there is just awful! She is the first point of contact for many parents and visitors so it would make sense that they position someone of a more friendly natured person but this woman thinks it's appropriate to raise her voice at my parents, even when she is clearly wrong and once she finally realises she is wrong she is not the one that comes to apologise but has someone else do it. It is disgusting treatment and I am aware this is not the first time but the school has done nothing to rectify this. This in turn shows to me that they are more concerned at supporting a hostile school environment than the parents' experience who (some, not all) already find it daunting to try and understand everything the school requires of them. Awful experience and that is why it is a 2.
