First impressions are it's a nice home , however delve a little deeper and there is a issue with medication errors, thieving and the communication is shockingly bad. Activity schedule almost non exhistant and the food is not nutritional. I think they have become good at looking the sort however beware of what is not so visible . This place is institutional with zero person centered care. What they do is keep people alive and worry not of their quality of life. I have raised concerns with management but nothing changes.
