Shocking, my partner can hardly walk due to a sudden back problem, can't get anyone to see him. He was prescribed pain killers which aren't touching him. He can't sleep for the pain, can't even bend to put his shoes on, can't sit on the toilet. He's explained to the receptionist who just says no appointments, he asked about the out of hours hubs to be told they don't have access to that service!

Just last week I waited until midday before I phoned to arrange to see about getting my ears syringed within the next month. There was no waiting time on the call the reception lady was extremely helpful & thanks to another patient cancelling I was offered the appointment for 2pm. I had my treatment which has worked & thankyou to people who do cancel unwanted appointments. It works & it definitely helped me. So thankyou St Ann's medical centre very much

I arranged a visit for children in the gp, between visits there was over an hour difference. The doctor, after examining my son, immediately examined my daughter so that I would not have to wait another hour with the sick children. He showed a lot of patience in examining my daughter, as she did not want to cooperate.

If I could give 0 starts I would do. Worst practice I have ever been a patient of since I moved to UK. It’s a miracle to get an appointment and if you do you might end up waiting an hour past your appointment time because receptionist forgot to check you in. Reception staff is rude to the patients. Majority of cases are referred to A&E rather than giving treatment in surgery. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone.

You will find neither care or understanding within this place, you're a number, nothing more and will treated as such. I would avoid if you value your health and the health of the people you care about.

I see so much negativity about this practice so just wanted to share my positive experiences. I have always been seen or at least got to speak to a healthcare professional when in need. Yes there is a wait for a routine GP appointment but that the case anywhere. It’s not “the receptionists thinking they’re doctors”. They triage people as best they can. I just want to say thank you for the care I have received recently with special mention to reception staff, Dr Carter, Dr Forrester, and a lovely nurse called Rebecca.
