How shall I put this, male HCA staff only happy to strike female patients in the face and stomach. My only guess is, that their inability to communication effectively with a person in crisis causes them to feel threatened and unable to deal with tense situation. Such immaturity has no place in a ward full of vulnerable women. Their manager was unable to control that young male who felt the need to strike me 4 times.

I was seen after a long wait. It was such a dreadful journey before I could speak to someone, when seen, I was encountered with understanding and respect and felt seen and validated which really encouraged me in my healing process. My therapist (Emma) was the best and I wish this place a long future ahead, unfortunately after reading all the reviews, it is sad that not everyone received the same treatment as me, which I can only redirect it to cuts in the NHS, and hiring people that are willing to work and not live off benefits like most brits (both lifestyles are good). The receptionists were amazing, they often asked me to fill in formularies, and I will forever remember those blue sofas in the waiting hallway. It is sad not being able to stay in touch with the doctors that saw me since this is my only way of saying thank you :)

I was quite desperate to get some information about driving into St Ann's grounds as I had to drop my mentally ill daughter. There is currently building works in process which makes the layout of permittable roads quite confusing. The telephone receptionist who worked on the 19.07.22 at 12.30 was incredibly rude cutting me off in mid sentence several times and not letting me ask a specific question. She said that she was too busy. I was then disconnected from the call. It is sad that a member of the public is treated in such an disrespectful manner by somebody manning an NHS service.
